Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges are only available in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or defective.
The product received is different from the item ordered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the product as proof of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size selected by the customer.
Change of mind or personal preference.
Minor variations in color due to screen settings.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.

Return & Exchange Process

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number, photos, and unboxing video of the product.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide further instructions for the return process.
The replacement product will be shipped after verification and approval.
